Anthony was outstanding and so was Mary when I called her at the office to schedule. I have been a client for 5 years now and two homes. Anthony was our tech and he did a great job. He really knows his stuff too! He had a lot of great ideas and saved us some time and trouble. He has a great demeanor and a very caring kind of guy which is great because he is huge and could easily be intimidating but he is a gentle giant. A real "Saint" which happens to be his last name, which is perfectly apropos! I would give him more than 5 stars if I could.

Anthony our programmer and installer was wonderful! Helpful even by text when I had a quick question. We had a bad experience with our Electritain and Anthony was able to explain what was and was not done properly. If your hiring Elxai for AV I say go for it! And ask for Anthony!!

Israel addressed all our issues! 5-17-2022…today Anthony P arrived and promptly troubleshot our issue, he was able to get one of our wireless access points working, so we can use wi-fi due to our POE switch going bad. He communicated his arrival and was helpful and professional.

We added motorized shades to our new home in West Palm Beach. We have large sliding glass doors going out of both the bedroom and living room. It was quite a challenge given the width of the doors. Elxai was great, worked with us over the telephone reviewing multiple options and helped us get the best solution. Installation was amazing. The installer, Leo Alonso, was the best. He explained everything to us. fashioned a workaround for a couple of difficult spots and everything came out amazing, better than expected. Kudos to Leo.
